Meet Lindsey Hays
Hey, I’m Lindsey. I’m a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, yoga instructor, and mom of five. Yes, five. It’s as beautifully chaotic as it sounds.
I spent years chasing quick fixes. Restrictive meal plans. Punishing gym routines. The constant pressure to “bounce back” after every baby. But none of it left me feeling good in my body. I didn’t want to be skinny. I wanted strength.
So I stopped trying to force my life to fit into fitness and started creating fitness that fits my life.
Now, with over a decade of experience and a deep love for helping other women feel powerful again, I design strength-based programs that are short, effective, and mom-friendly.
When I’m not coaching or filming, I’m usually reheating my coffee for the third time, chauffeuring my kids around town, or lifting a baby in one arm and a dumbbell in the other. I believe you deserve to feel proud of your body not just for how it looks, but for what it carries you through every day.
